When you purchase a GTA 5 3D model from Masce Designs, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the model in your personal and commercial game projects, animations, and renders. You may modify the models to suit your needs, but you may not redistribute, resell, or share the original files.
3. Intellectual Property
All GTA 5 3D models sold on Masce Designs are extracted from Grand Theft Auto V, which is a trademark of Rockstar Games. The models are provided for educational and commercial use in your own projects. You may not claim ownership of the original models or use them to create competing products.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. However, if you encounter technical issues, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve any problems.
5. Limitation of Liability
Masce Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our 3D models or services.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
